The Salesperson for our Immigration Law Firm plays a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration-related legal services.

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

Establish and maintain a positive and professional rapport with potential clients.

Sales:

Present the firm's services and benefits in a compelling manner, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into retained clients.

Lead Generation and Outreach:

Proactively generate new leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking events, social media, and online platforms.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential clients and create brand awareness.

Knowledge of Immigration Processes:

Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.

Collaborate with the firm's immigration attorneys and paralegals to ensure accurate information is conveyed during the sales process.

Sales Performance Tracking:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, consultations, and progress in the sales pipeline.

Regularly report sales activities and achievements to the firm's management.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members, including attorneys and paralegals, to facilitate a smooth transition for new clients into the legal process.

Review packets ready to be sent to USCIS

Attorney representation on immigration cases

Continuous Professional Development:

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge of immigration laws and processes.

Qualifications:

Passed the bar exam and able to act as an attorney

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.

Knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and visa categories (previous experience in an immigration-related role is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) a must
